Special
order items require a 50% materials deposit at time of order.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of order date for
a full refund of deposit paid. Deposits become
non-refundable on the 15th day after
order date. Returns must be in accordance with return
policy.
Shipping charges on special orders are not refunded. |

Shipping
via UPS will be charged on all orders at actual cost. Orders
are
shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Some
products can
also be shipped UPS Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day Select, or
via FedEx
or the U.S. Post Office at customer request and at customer
expense. |

limited lifetime warranty on materials and craftsmanship guarantees
your satisfaction. |

your order is defective in any way, it will be replaced. |

| RETURN
POLICY
|

· Any
unused or defective product may be returned within 90 days of delivery
date for a full refund, excluding
shipping charges.
Products must be returned in their original shipping materials.
· Defective
products must be returned with the explanation/return form from original
invoice fully completed.
Products are
warranted for defects in materials and craftsmanship only. A
copy of the written warranty is
enclosed with each
product order. Any product that, in our opinion, shows evidence
of being used or
installed contrary
to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper
treatment, handling, packaging,
or shipping
by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty
consideration.
· A
15% restocking fee will be charged on all products returned after
90 days from date of delivery. All returns
must be shipped prepaid.
No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Refunds will be made
by the same as method
of payment.
· If
you receive an order that appears to have been damaged during shipping
do the following steps; inspect
the order immediately
and note the damage on the waybill, and have the delivery driver sign
it before he leaves.
Then call the shipping
company and report the claim immediately. All orders are shipped
insured. Failure to
report the damage
upon delivery will limit your ability to recover the cost of the damage
from the shipping
company. Retain
the copies of the invoice and the waybill.
