   ABOUT FrameOff Equipment ~ a FrameOff Foundation company
Since its founding in 1999 the FrameOff Foundation has been committed to assisting all aspects of the restoration field, providing vehicle locating and authentication services, restoration consulting, educational programs and apprenticeships, and developing new equipment and tools that facilitate the restoration process in a safe and efficient manner.
In 2004 the FrameOff Foundation established FrameOff Equipment Company for the purpose of introducing the FrameOff BodyMaster™, a product developed from our research.  
This single compact piece of equipment replaces several pieces of heavy, expensive equipment currently being used to restore,
customize, and build automobiles. FrameOff's ongoing product research and development is continually bringing new items to market.
Since most of our product design team members are serious off-road enthusiasts we added an offroad/4x4 division and at SEMA 2007 introduced RockSplitter Shackles™, the first true anti-inversion, self armored dual shackle system that gives incredible articulation.
FrameOff products are precision made by the best manufacturing shops in our local area, using laser technology and the latest computer controlled machining and cutting.  We begin with zero tolerance jig-welded ASTM certified components made from the highest rated US steel materials, hardware from top-of-the-line companies like Energy Suspension, Hillman, Power-Pull, and McMaster-Carr, then thoroughly inspect each completed product to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping.
Although FrameOff Equipment was originally established to bring needed restoration products to the public, many of The FrameOff Foundation's projects have focused on other aspects of the automotive field, including clean/green fuel technology, extreme motorsports, racing, and mobility products/motorsports for persons with disabilities.

Warranty ~  A limited lifetime warranty on materials and craftsmanship guarantees your satisfaction.   If your order is damaged during shipping, or is defective in any way,  it will be replaced at no cost to you.  Any unused product may be returned within 90 days for a full refund.
 
Privacy Policy ~  Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information is gathered and how we use it.
1. Information Tracked
Aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our Site is gathered for FrameOff Equipment by our website hosting provider, Earthlink.  This information allows us to better tailor our content to visitor's needs.
2. Usage tracking
User traffic patterns are tracked. We do not correlate this information with data about individual users. The overall usage statistics are broken down according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). The search terms that users entered in the search function of search engines whereby the user was referred to our Site are sometimes tracked and cataloged, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our Site users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better Site for you.
3. Cookies
A text file called a "cookie" may sometimes be placed in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain personally identifiable information.  The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.  A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.  We use cookies to track user traffic patterns, as described above.
You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser.  If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this Site.
4. Use of Information
FrameOff DOES NOT send out electronic newsletters and DOES NOT compile newsletter mailing lists for our own use or in conjunction with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.
We use tracking information to determine which areas of our Site users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas in order to better prepare future Site content. We do not, however, track what individual visitors read but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better Site for you. We track search terms as one of many measures of what interests our users. But we don't track which terms a particular user has entered.
5. Payment Transaction Information
All credit card and debit card payment transactions are processed by PayPal or CSI (Cardservice International) using https secure site protocols.  It is necessary for them to collect bank and/or credit card account information to process order payments.  We do not receive or retain this information.
6. Sharing of the Information
We will NOT share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
7. Your Consent
By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us.
